Terms of Service.

Your account

Sign-in, agreement to these Terms, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and permission for the disclosed AI processing by OpenAI and Meshy are required to enter Life Game. If you decline a required agreement, you cannot use the app. Keep your sign-in methods secure, use accurate account information, and do not share sign-in codes or use someone else’s account without permission. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you are not old enough to enter into these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.

Your signed-in progress saves automatically. Network interruptions can delay synchronization. If you choose to replace an existing account’s progress with a fresh beginning, the app will ask you to confirm that choice.

Using Life Game fairly

You may use Life Game for your own lawful personal use. Do not harass others, impersonate someone, upload unlawful or abusive content, infringe other people’s rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or evade account restrictions or generation limits. Do not disrupt the service or use automation to abuse it.

Friends sharing is your choice. Only share content you are comfortable making available to the people you allow to visit. You can remove or block friends and report problems to us.

Your photos and content

You retain the rights you have in the photos, messages and other content you submit. You give Life Game permission to host, process, copy and display that content only as needed to provide the features you request, save your account, and carry out the sharing choices you make. Optional generation may transform your selected content into character designs and 3D assets through the providers named in the app.

Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people shown in photos where required. Do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate permission. You can remove supported content or delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Provider and backup retention may continue after deletion.

AI and generated worlds

Life Game uses OpenAI for Player 2 replies and suggestions. The app explains the information shared with OpenAI and requires your permission before you enter. Optional photo generation and requested evidence review can also use OpenAI; Meshy provides supported 3D generation and animation. Photo uploads are optional: choosing photos and Create my world requests generation under the onboarding agreement. You can use Life Game with the starter world without uploading photos. Contact us with questions or requests about your permissions.

AI can make mistakes. Review suggested tasks, dates and generated content before relying on them. Life Game is a planning and game experience, not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice or an emergency service. Generated characters, likenesses, rooms and animations may be imperfect or differ from your references. Outputs may not be unique, and we do not promise exclusive rights or that every output is eligible for copyright protection.

Beta features, limits and updates

Life Game is developing. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or contain errors. Generation and other services may have account or service-wide limits, shown in the app when relevant. We may adjust limits to manage capacity, cost, reliability or abuse.

Some updates may be required to continue using the service for compatibility or security. We will show an update notice when this applies. These terms do not authorize a payment or subscription; a paid offer must disclose its price and purchase conditions before you choose to buy it.

Life Game Plus subscriptions

An active subscription, including an eligible introductory trial, is required for Life Game’s goals, tasks, world and Player 2 features. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same app access. The price, billing period, trial eligibility and generation allowances are shown before purchase. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. The yearly plan is billed annually.

Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial. Unless cancelled, the trial converts to the selected paid plan and the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings; cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Apple’s purchase confirmation provides the applicable billing and cancellation terms. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.

The trial includes one personalized character and one room. Paid access includes one of each per 30-day benefit period. Generation is not unlimited; available allowances and service availability are displayed in the app. If subscription access expires, saved progress is preserved and restore, subscription management and account controls remain available. Deleting your Life Game account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Apple subscription.

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

The app and its materials

Life Game’s app, branding and supplied materials belong to their respective rights holders. We give you a limited permission to use them as part of the service. These terms do not transfer ownership of our code, logos or supplied assets to you. Applicable open-source licenses and any Apple app license terms continue to apply to the materials they cover.

Leaving or restricting an account

You can stop using Life Game at any time and request account deletion under Settings → Account & sign-in → Delete account, or by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, unlawful activity, security risks or harm to other users. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

Your rights

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Life Game develops. We will update the version date and provide notice of material changes, requesting renewed agreement where appropriate. Contact hello@lifegame.tech with questions or concerns.
